Realtor Application

If your broker is not a member of San Angelo Association of REALTORS (SAAR), please have them complete a membership application BEFORE you apply for SAAR membership.

APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP 

1. Dues & Fees  REALTOR applicants applying for SAAR membership must pay the application fee and annual membership dues at the time of application. Annual dues include membership dues for the local, state, and national associations, and are prorated monthly according to when you join SAAR. If you are an active REALTOR member of another Texas-based association, you will only pay the local portion of the dues.
2. New Member Code of Ethics, Fair Housing and Orientation  Each Primary REALTOR applicant must complete the SAAR New Member Orientation within 90 days and New Member Code of Ethics and Fair Housing Training within 30 days of submitting an application for SAAR membership.
3. MLS Participation  Brokers-Owners who wish to participate in SAAR's MLS must complete a separate MLS application and pay the MLS Participant entry fee. MLS Participants/Brokers will be assessed monthly MLS fees for themselves and each licensee under their sponsorship. It is the broker's responsibility to collect fees from licensees and submit a single payment. An MLS Waiver may be submitted if sponsored agent(s) will not access the San Angelo MLS System.
