APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP

Dues & Fees Affiliate applicants applying for SAAR membership must pay the annual membership dues at the time of application. Annual dues include membership dues for the local and state, and are prorated monthly according to when you join SAAR. If you are an active Affiliate member of another Texas-based association, you will only pay the local portion of the dues.
MLS Lockbox eKeys Affiliate members who are licensed in the field are eligible to utilize the MLS lockbox system as a benefit of SAAR membership. A annual e-Key usage fee is attributed for each key holder, prorated monthly according to when you join SAAR.

Open to any industry-related business, company, or office not holding a real estate license and currently a member of another association/board in Texas.
